To find this talent, American Fence Company needs a Recruiter! This position is within our human resources department and will conduct full-cycle recruiting.
This individual will be responsible for the research, development, and implementation of effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
This position schedules and addresses applicant status.
The Recruiter will also be responsible for one-on-one recruiting for key positions.
